How long will it take for my order to arrive in the USA?

We ship daily (Monday – Friday) from Boerne, TX. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery (FREE) typically takes 2-9 days and Priority Mail Delivery ($5.00-15.00, depending on order size) typically takes 2-4 days.

Do you ship to my country?

YES! We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States. We also ship worldwide, including Canada and Mexico. Click here to see our international shipping rates. How can I return/exchange an item?

We expect that you will love our products, but in the event you would like to return an item or exchange an item for a different size, style or color, we will happily accept items in their original condition and original packaging within 15 days. If you would like to return/exchange your items please contact us at with subject line “Returns” so that we can provide you with a return confirmation number and return mailing address. Packages will only be accepted with a return confirmation number, so please contact us BEFORE you ship your package.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Discounted, Sale or Final Sale items are not returnable at anytime. We do not accept returns on seasonal items.

If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we are unable to return or exchange the item(s) and you should contact the company you purchased from. Wholesale order returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us for details.

At juDanzy we pride ourselves on providing quality products at affordable prices. However, we do understand that rarely you may receive a damaged or defective item. These will be replaced at no cost to the customer within 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase at no cost to the customer.
